A corporation plans to develop a residential tower block into luxury city apartments. As the residents galvanise, the corporation sends in someone to `shake them up`. The narrative is underpinned by the wealth divide, untouchable high-finance, malleable politicians and the resolve of a community under assault. All wrapped in a blood-soaked and stylised horror thriller set against the breath-taking cityscapes of contemporary London. The Horror of The Dolls is a terrifying, atmospheric and unpredictable journey. Influences on the project are The Shining, Blue Velvet, The Wild Bunch, Short Cuts and Antichrist.

A woman returns home to have a baby and witnesses an environmental accident involving genetically modified crop of corn. Doubted by the community, she questions her own sanity as she tries to discover what's happening.

Two people fall in love in a corn field. Their intimate connection threatens to disappear as darkness emerges.

On the one hand, a healthy child who has enough to eat. On the other hand, a poor, undernourished kid. On the one hand, a quarter of the blue planet's children. On the other hand, the remaining three quarters.

The action takes place in the early 20s in a mountainous village in the Pamirs, where people live in almost primitive poverty and scarcity. A detachment of Red Army soldiers comes here. The commander tells the residents that from now on they will live according to the laws of the Soviet government. The squad soon leaves, leaving only one person. He organizes a school for the children and becomes its first teacher. For the first time, children see the globe and learn that the earth is round. And they are learning to read and write for the first time... Based on Mirsaid Mirshakar's poem "Lenin in the Pamirs".

Essuman, a yam seller and a single parent, gives birth to a child with cleft palate and her first instinct is to run away as she's accused of causing her child's "imperfection." She makes the attempt, but her conscience brings her back and she accepts her fate. Three years later, her son is diagnosed with cerebral palsy as he's unable to talk, sit or walk like his peers. Determined to find cure for her son, Essuman hops from hospital to hospital until she accepts that the condition is incurable. She gives up on the hospitals and seeks the help of a herbalist, a protestant pastor and then a spiritualist. They all either dupe her, take advantage of her and or mislead her. The stress of taking care of a disabled child and the criticisms drives Essuman to make certain difficult decisions.
